The Mundus MAPP program was really instrumental for me to orient myself towards a PhD program. I learned valuable analytical skills that I could put towards my research, including statistical analysis and qualitative inquiry. I also really enjoyed the applied nature of the program, both in term of writing and thinking about policy questions. The skills I learned are really useful in my current job at the World Bank (where I am a Senior Economist), trying to solve real-life policy challenges for developing countries.
