Our former student, Shqipe Neziri (YORK-CEU, 2009-2011) from Kosovo discusses in this video made by the European Commission how her Mundus MAPP degrees prepared her career.
Shqipe is now a Manager of the United Nations Development Programme, Anti-Corruption Programme in Kosovo. She says: “The mission of the anti-corruption programme is to help institutions to become more open and transparent. At the same time we empower citizens to be an active part of decision-making. I studied Public Policy to have a better understanding of how a government can operate better. … I believe that the Erasmus Mundus programme equipped me with knowledge I am applying in my job today. If I had not had the education this programme made available during those two years I think I wouldn’t have been considered or selected for the job.”
