PLEASE NOTE: DEADLINES RECENTLY CHANGED due to the European Commission's new requirements

January 3, 2010: For applicants who seek and are eligible for Erasmus Mundus "Category A" scholarships. Applications must be submitted complete with proofs of English proficiency.

CHANGED! April 5, 2010: For applicants who seek and are eligible for Erasmus Mundus "Category B" scholarships and self-financing students. Applications must be submitted complete with proofs of English proficiency.

Confirmation from the European Commission regarding the admissions decision of "Category A" applicants is expected in March, 2010 in order to enable selected candidates to start visa applications as soon as possible.

The form for online applications for academic year 2010-11 will be available in November 2009 on the CEU website. This application facility will enable the electronic submission of the application form itself as well as all other relevant documentation. Until the facility is launched, please review the list of the documents you will need to prepare or arrange for submission:

Completed online CEU Application Form (to be launched in November, 2009) with the following attachments to upload:
- Two letters of recommendation
- Complete official academic records
- A full curriculum vitae or resume, including a list of publications, if any
- A statement of purpose (max. 500 words)
- Proof of English proficiency
